Suggest IT Form for Individual - Having F&O Turnover along with STCG for this AY 2021-22

Hi Team,

One of my colleagues did trading on Options and have STCG income on last year i.e. on AY 2021-22. Please suggest which ITR form is applicable to them ?

Is ITR- 3 applicable ? If yes, seems lengthy one hence please suggest your views how to fill soon.
