Padhuka is a good book.... It has a very easy language and great presentation format (question answer type format, so that you can analyse that in how many round about ways do the questions come). Also, even if you refer any other book, please do professional ethics from that book only.... it takes less time and effort.... i say it from my personal experience....!!!

Most people blindly suggest Paduka............its a good book, but, not for all chapters and its quite lengthy as well, apart from this i would say that there r 4 different materials, from where you can prepare auditing for final with their combination, Paduka, there is a very good book by Vinod Agarwal, you can complete the auditing syllabus in the least possible time, but, again not all chapters are given properly. After that, for Code of Ethics.........the best book is by Alok Jain, and then use ICAI Compilations and Sugggested Answers. I would also say for AAS use only Vinod Agarwal, its a gr8 briefly given there
