Sufficient time for preparing both group with high marks?

hie everyone... i am the student of IPCC(nov-14).. i'v started the class for IPCC grp-1 only.. but from the beginning i really wanted to go for both group but because of some circumstances i couldn't start the classes of 2nd group.. and now i want to go for it.. but i am not confident about the preparation for high marks(as i've missed some classes of grp1 and havnt yet strted the preparation of 2nd group)..i've heard that it would be tough to go for the both group in 4 months only.so should i leave the nov-14 attempt?? and should i start the praparation for may-15..??

Brother, Always remember Never ever skip your attempt. Its good that u r ambitious about scoring high however that cannot be the acceptable reason for skipping the exam. You start ur preparations for Both groups as it is ur ambition. Work so hard that no obstacle can stop u clearing dis exam. Refer Pc tulsian for Adv Accounts, Padhuka for Audit, Dinesh Madan for IT n ICAI module for SM. I am sure u ll clear it. Study to "Score high" and "pass"this exam. Start articleship immediately. Hit hard all the best !

I had similar plans like you do. I started coaching in Feb. this year and took three subjects at a time but I realised that I did little practice. Now I decided to go for just 1st group. I am not demoralising you but just sharing my experience.

I also agree with Mihir Kulkarni.If you skip this attempt you will face drastic change in the syllabus of both the groups in MAY '15. In Accounts some topics of final will be added . 53 sections of new Companies act,2013 are applicable for Nov'14 which will increase to more than 200 sections for May'15. This will affect the syllabus of Law and Audit. For tax ,new finance act will be there and speculations of GST and tax reforms via new budget. ITSM changed this year and may change again for May'15.

If you can cover the syllabus and do the revisions then goo for both groups.

4 months are sufficient for both groups... and believe me u will score better if u write nov14 instead of may 15
The reason is that you have 4 months now & hence pressure... u will study hard considering less time... But if u skip nov14 u will definately relax these 4 months and would go for classes only.. I can assure u that u will not start ur studies before Dec.
bcz u will not feel the same pressure...
& dnt think for score yaar.. do hard work score apne aap ho jayega

I think u should opt for both grps (Its my view)
Plz decide it on ur own whether u could opt or not.. We people can only suggest u
every1 will hv thr own view... its u at last who has to decide
