Success is within the mind of the individual.   Maximum time of our life is spent working to become successful.  Since childhood we are told to work hard as to grow up and make lots of money.   But success is interpreted by different people in different forms.  For some, success is measured by social status and wealth; for others success is determined only by the amount of happiness one feels.
Money is vital for some people.   It is a crucial necessity for anyone who is trying to succeed in life.   Many believe that the only way to succeed is to have a lot of money.    Many people take pride in what they possess.   People want to own nice homes, nice cars, and nice clothes. Some need to look successful in order to feel successful.   These people feel successful when they can admire what their hard work has given them.
For some, happiness is all that matters. Happiness is achieved in many ways, and it doesn’t always involve money. There are many things that contribute to making a person feel happy and successful. One can feel successful without a lot of money at all.     For example, feeling loved is something that makes everyone happy.   Many believe that without love life is not thoroughly complete, thus never truly achieving success.   Ones line of work can also affect how happy he is.

An individual has two natures. First one lets us to go ahead and the other wants to pull us back. What we finally become relies on what we choose from.  Both natures endeavor to gain control over us. The Will alone decides the issue. A man by one supreme effort of the will may change his whole career and can achieve almost everything. You can be that man if you will to be.

We often come across people saying “I lost my opportunity,”. That may be true, but by sheer force of will, we can find a way to bring us another opportunity. It’s not true that opportunity knocks at our door but once in a lifetime. The fact is, opportunity never seeks us; we must seek it. One man’s opportunity becomes another man’s loss. Life furnishes us the opportunity to improve.

Every man who is willing to pay the price can be a success. The price is not in money, but in effort. The first essential quality for success is the desire to do—to be something. The next thing is to learn how to do it; the next to carry it into execution.

The secret of success is to try always to improve yourself irrespective of where you are or what your position. Learn all you can.  Don’t see how little you can do, but how much you can do. Such a man will always be in demand

The man that reaches the top is the gritty, plucky, hard worker and never the timid, uncertain, slow worker. An untried man is seldom put in a position of responsibility and power.

The man that is chosen at the crucial time is not usually a genius; he does not possess any more talent than others, but he has learned that results can only be produced by untiring concentrated effort.

Last but not the least, Man/Woman who wins is the Man/Woman who thinks he can.
