Can anyone tell me if anyone wats to form a Company which is a subsidiary of Public Company then which is advisable to form a Pvt or Public co.

it depends on nature & scope of business...n also on management's future plans...
Agree with above views.
Completely agree with the above replies. However, whatever the form of company it will be considered as a Public Company. Because the subsidiary of public company will also be considered as Public company.
