Submit Resume?????? bt where

I m student of Ipcc...passed gp-1.....1st attempt.....56.5% and want to apply for big firms in delhi.....resume is prepared....but how n from where to start!!!!!!   no contacts....somebody help.......here is me (Mohit) n my frnd (shivam) resume.....
