Submission of partnership deed
is it necessary to submit certified copy of partnership deed at the time of filing first income tax return of a partnership firm.

No. No attachments allowed along with ITR.
Generally, not asked, but if query be raised in future, you can submit the same.

Sir is it mandatory to e-file with DSC for a unregistered partnership firm with very small turnover.
DSC is not mandatory, but filing of ITR for partnership firm is mandatory.
Sir, we used to file with DSC, since past two years we have been validating with Aadhar OTP. After it expired. Now while updating Profile page, DSC is mentioned with a red astrik mark . We don't have DSc.
