I have received incorporation certificate of LLP and will be filing Form 3 soon.
I had a query whether Form 4 is required to be submitted for the designated partner who are there at the time of incorporation only.
Or it is to be filed when LLP will appoint new designated partner at late stage???

No, form 4 is only required when you wish to make any change in management later, not at the time of incorporation.
