What is due date for submission of 'F' forms to the dept. (3 months from end of month or from the end of quarter). If we have to submit F form for the m/o Jan.09 than what would be the date of submission of F form i.e. Apr.09 or June.09?
Pls. reply with related section/rule copy.

Generly its due date be after 3 months of filing of return 7 its depends on departmental notification if its date is extend.
AS per Act, it's to be submitted with 90days from the end of respective qtr.
But the deoartment will accept the forms even later also.
