I have Filled up the Exam Form By 21 st of August . I want to know till when I can submit it to The ICAI..

It had to be received by ICAI by 29thAug15..

Now u have to speed-post it with late fees..

29th august, 2015 (without late fee)

07th September, 2015 (with late fee)

Applications received after 07th September, 2015 will not be entertained under any circumstances.
