Sub share broker can pay commission ??

Can sub share broker can pay brokerage from the brokerage received from the main broker in form of commission / brokerage to person who helps to sub broker to acquire clients !!

@ Honourable Dhirajlal sir, as per Accounting standard 2 valuation of inventories, inventory sir value that lower of cost and net realise the value

1. for working progress and finished goods we should have to value lower of cost and net realisable value..

2. for raw material at cost or replacement cost

my question is how to value the raw material how it includes replacement cost could you please tell me???

Replacement cost means the cost of any asset if we buy same at current price from market. This cost will change if market value will change.If market price of same asset will be increasing, our replacement cost will become higher due to inflation effect, & vice versa.
