Sub- let place , how to get registration from department

we are applied for tnvat registration , We are received quries from departments for using of sub-let places , therefore is documents is valid one, we are mentioned / replied to asseing officer , we have received all communication on that places ( such as bills material etc ) however that asseing officer is not accept our requestion
