yes its a good business opportunity, but u got to get good clients.
Play safe with correct margin requirement.
all u have to worry is baddebts.
and u need to get a good dealer

To be a sub Broker is an easy task but to be a good or a successful sub broker isn;t...
All you requiered is Excellent Market Knowledge,
Ability to give Firm Opinion,
True Advice without any bias,
Proper Understanding of Client (Investors) Need,
Willingness to Maintain Long Lasting Relationship with your client,
Allowing to invest or Trade within the clients capacity to pay..
Do not encourage for Higher Leveraged Position,
Avoid Aggrasive trades in F&O Segment,
Avoid Investment in Operator based or penny scrip
There are many more my dear friend but aaj ke liye sirf itna hi kafi hai.. remaining some time else
