Please go through K.S. Anantharaman sir book. It is written in simple language only. Even a layman can understand law. He has given with practical examples.
Or else, better go with N.D. Kapoor. It will be very much useful for you. These books are standard books available in the shops. I hope you understood what i told

Get a book written by L Jayaraman. That is the best book you can get for PCC.
