I am finding it difficult to remember case laws in dt & idt. can anyone suggest any effective method to remember the same.

I can tell u in general...First of all Jst remember the name of case law , year of judgement,and authority deciding the judgement.
Then understand the what is appealent point of view and what is defendent point of view .
Understand the facts of the case .
At last keep in mind what the authority has concluded in the particuklar case laws.
IMPORTANT::::::::::::::
Don't go for all the case laws ,be restrict to such case laws which u find important from examination point of view. Our Institute used to publish one book in the month of FEB or March on the relevant case laws for DT & IDT please go for that book bcoz mostly examiners follows that book.
