With a view to provide its members with an opportunity to enrich their experience in an international domain, the Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India is organizing a Study Tour to China and Hong Kong from 17th to 25th November 2007. CA. Shanti Lal Daga, Chairman, CPE Committee is the Study Tour Director and CA. Subodh Kumar Agrawal, Central Council Member and CA. V. C. James, Central Council Member are the Joint Coordinators for the said Study Tour. |
The tour includes visits to various places in China and Hong Kong. The tour will provide an opportunity to the members to gain an insight and exposure to the organizational practices, traditions and the local culture in China, which have all together made China a leading country in the world. The study tour will assist the participants to experience an unfamiliar environment with a view to explore new avenues. This study tour is an appealing and interactive experience to learn from and with Chinese counterparts and hence, will broaden the global mindset of the participants. The tour will prove useful in respect of numerous fields of practice e.g. comparative research, cultural/historical foundation, policy, reform, and professional development etc., Thus, it is an effective step towards strengthening long term individual and professional relationship. |
Since the delegation size would be limited, registration for the study tour would be given on first-cum-first served basis. The cost of the above study tour has been tentatively fixed at Rs.80,000/-(Rs. Eighty Thousand Only ) per person inclusive of Enter flight tickets with airport tax (India/China), Airfare (Both Domestic and International), relevant visa fee, hotel accommodation, sightseeing, meals, and transport arrangements etc. The detailed itinerary is being finalized and shall be intimated in due course to the confirmed participants. |
