Can anyone tell the changes in studymaterial(Paper wise-Both groups) other than the ammendments in the latest updation published in its website? (I am preparing for exam this May2012)

Dear All can anybody clarify that a chartered accountant in practice can issue compliance certificate if he had audited the said company accounts.
