Is the latest issue of study material required for nov 13 exam or the old one April 2011will do??

Always study with latest books. It will cost you but you will be better able to face the exam.
Also read Institute's CA Journal. Supplementary Study and Compilations.

download latest study material + practise manual + RTP + Suggested answer + compilation from ICAI website

You can download latest modules from ICAI website..
But after Noember there will be new Books available on ICAI sites...
