Ofcoarse u can go..
When ICAI doesn't restrict you, what an age has to do with the coarse..
And for opportunities, as far as u r living, no one is going to get u retire from your practice. Infact, ur practical knowledge and so much of experience will help u, if u clear the exam and become a CA.., which the freshers and youngsters lack in
Go ahead

Welcome & very nice decision taken, Pls go ahead, You are too young to start CA because a real example which I can tell you is about a REnowned author CA s BALA who has authored the book of F M fpr final CA, He started CA at age of 58 after he retired from his service as a Bank Manager & he completed his CA there after, To belive this you can take the said text book & read the preface where this information is mentioned, so now you decide you are old & aged to do CA are quite young to do it. Also I have a friend who completed his CA in 2002 when he was around 36 age
Go ahead nothing to think or ask further to any one, go ahead, & should you require any help you can contact me

DEAR RAVI,
YOU ARE MOST WELCOME TO CA COMMUNITY.
IN THE AGE OF EVEN 35, A DOCTOR HARDLY FINDS HIMSELF AS A SUPER-SPECIALIST. THEY BECOME IN THE AGE OF 40 APPROX.
SO WITHIN 4 YEARS OR SO, YOU WILL HAVE A WONDERFUL CAREER.

There is no age issue, I completed CA ( Inter) 10 years back in Nov 2000, then left CA, did job, and now after 10 years I have again started CA (Final) after resigning. I am 35 years and still a lot of opportuites exits, so go for it

Dear Ravi Sir,
Please do not bother about your age. There is no age bar as far as knowledge ride is concerned. CA or CS is just like a knowledge ride. So just go ahead confidently and enroll yourself in CA to avoid any future regret.
As far as opportunities are concerned --- CA as a professional course is enough to fetch various opportinies in finance and audit field. So Just go ahead confidently.
My best wishes are always with you.
