Computer Training is Not exempted by default, but he can register for & appear for the Exemption Test by ICSI, & clear that Test & The student gets exemption from Computer Training of ICSI & also if he intends on the Basis of this exemption certificate he can also claim exemption from ICWA Computer Training & Test
