hello harsh,
forgive me but i'm not trying to sound too experienced. but i think you must talk to your sir.
as an article, u r a student. and a student has the right to learn and express ur grievance to ur sir. but as a duty atached to ur right u must also learn to be patient and persevering. who knows? tomorrow even ur most important might end up being like ur sir!!! we better be braced for this. i'm sure he will understand

That's the fundamentals of articleship. Ha ha ha.
Apply for transfer citing the above reasons. But before that; have some proof with you.

Hi Harsh!
You must contact to your institute surly they will take action. Again I say that all such things happen only because ICAI does not control the number of articles. Why to force some CA to have 10 article assistants when he does not have that much of work. ICAI must reconsider its policy and should decrease the number of students entering the profession and passing the exams. When there shall be lesser students than market absorption then these CAs will have to respect their rights.
Wish you all the best
Regards,
Mudassar
