Directors of a Pvt. Ltd. Company want to close their company due to some reason. Present Company Status for efilling-ACTIVE, Last return filed in-2010.
Kindly guide me the details procedure & formats to striking off the name of company from ROC.

u cn opt the route fast track exit scheme. Bt make sure ur companys balance sheet as on date is NIL i.e paid up capital account squarred off with p&l debit(loss).
