Company name is Strick off under section 248.
I want know what I do?
(1)If I want to continue.
(2)if I want to close permanently.
Company have 4 director out of 3 Are disqualified for 5 year due non compliance.

For revival of company u need to file an application to NCLT and for removal of disqualification, writ petition is to be filed with HC
