10 March 2016I want to get strik off of a priavte company in which except one, all directors belongs to U .S.A.. company has not any business operation from last year and did not file annual filing documents to roc. Pls suggest me should I go directly to strike off without filing agm documents or first require to file agm documents with roc with additional fee?

Need not to file Annual Filings?
See that your company should not have any assets, liabilities and secured creditors, get indemnity bonds and affidavits from all the directors and shareholders, For USA Directors, documents should be notarized/appostle in USA and get statement of accounts from CA which should not be older than one month from the date of filing of form FTE.
