A Co. is paying storage charges for their importerd material at port. The service provider is registered Service Tax under "Port Services". In this regards, TDS is to be deducted u/s 194I or 194C?.

TDS u/s 194 C to be applied as Warehouse charges are not covered u/s 194 J.
