I have a party. Who is raising the rent bill on me. I was deducting TDS on Rent Bill. But now that pary is saying that I am comming below the limit. So, can I stop dedution TDS on that Rent?......
Please, suggest me.

what amount rent you paid , if you pay more then Rs 180000 p.a then you deduct TDS
check the total amount of rent paid (excluding service tax) if exceed 180000 no need to deduct tds
