One parcel of goods has been stolen from transport godown builty amount was ₹ 33450/-. The transporter paid 70% of this amount .how to report in gstr 1

Depends on the treatment done in the books and a lot many factors as to who was responsible for goods at the time they were stolen. Whose risk was at the time goods was stolen etc?..
