You need to have two ledgers
1. Raw material
2. Finished goods
This must be created as a stock item.
You also must use journal entries to convert raw material to finished goods
Then you have update your closing stock daily and then you will see finished stock.
If the manufacturing unit is unorganised but producing manually, it's advisable maintain closing stock vouchers right from the beginning. Then update closing stock on finished goods stock items by altering it daily

All of those things work properly and practice integration between manufacturing vouchers and physical stock vouchers in student mode. Tally is multiple and you can do these manually as well
