How can a unregistered firm transfer his stock to GST. Please guide.

When your firm is unregistered where is the question arises for adjusting stock.
First you get registered in GST.

I hope there is a confusion in my question.
one firm get registration under GST Voluntarily, But earlier it was an unregistered firm. Now how he can transfer his stock.
