11 March 2011Can any one please tell me what is the procedure Under Delhi VAT Act for Stock transfer to be made fomr Delhi to other state. (Branch is Delhi & Head Office in Karnataka)
Will it make any difference, if this stock transfer is relating to the goods which was received by Delhi Barnch some time back from Karanataka Head Office.

No it will not make any difference just raise stock transfer like invoice but you have to mention in documents STOCK TRANSFER ......
after stock transfer submit F form....
