sir i have transferred stock from one state to another state and name of company is same

whether gst is applicable or not

please help any one .

Yes, GST is leviable on such Interstate Stock Transfers Also.

Stock transfer under GST would be taxed.

As per section 25 , they are treated as Distinct Person , hence GST is applicable ,Delivery shall be done by Raising Tax Invoice
