Stock on 30th june
Will the tax payable on purchases from unregistered dealer for stock as on 30 june be payable under sgst or both cgst and sgst?

It shall be paid both under CGST and SGST.
But if u see Form CMP-03 form it shows columns for VAT and central excise. Should we enter the amount for Cgst under central excise
