Stock Declaration as on 30-06-17
if the stock lying as on 30-06-17 and input credit has been utilised in VAT era still stock declaration require to give. There is no any credit carry forward in June VAT Return.

yes it compulsary in gst u have to maintain stock quantity and value hsn wise
