This is to bring to your kind notice that aforesaid Form No. STK 1 (Notice by Registrar for removal of name of a company from the register of companies) has been served to M/s XXXXXXXXXXX Private Limited CIN: XXXXXXXXXXX
by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana, intending to remove the name of company from the register of companies, pursuant to sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 248 of the Companies Act, 2013 and requiring to send representation along with copies of the relevant documents, if any, within thirty days from the date of receipt of aforesaid Form No. STK 1.
It is hereby stated that Promoters does not want to continue the Company and have agreed and state on record that the company would comply with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and will complete the pending annual filing and file STK-2 within the next 30 days.
We request your good office to kindly accept the letter and not to proceed with the Strike off the company under the companies act 2013, and we will file the requite returns within next 30 days.
