Yes, article is entitled to get stipend during examinations leave of 2 months.
Examination leaves= 2 months or remaining leaves or leaves article want to take,
(Whichever is less)

Yes articled student is eligible to get stifund. leave which is given by CA is nothing but earned leave

As per ICAI norms, Yes.
But then only Big firms willing to shell out some money on their articles adhere to the said norms. Others don't.

leave period is 3month which is 1/6 of served period which is 18 months in pcc ........
& Articled Assisstants entitle to get stipend for that period.......
