Stipend in cash

Hello Friends... I've completed one year of articleship , I'm receiving stipend in cash and a signature is taken on a sheet at time of payment. Now I came to know that it may create a problem at the time of termination/ completion of articles as stipend should be by cheque or DD. Please suggest what to do.... Thankyou,

Dear Manoj you should the whole amount to your c.a and then take a fresh cheque of the same amount (can take gross amount). There will b no problem in the same. best wishes to you.
