stipend

See it depends on person whos going for interview...obviously you should decide upon the stipend...mind it i am not saying bargain upon the stipend...unless you are getting less then institute's scale, nobody can do anything but standard practice is that whatever be the stipend, principal generally provide transportation charge from office to client place....that too may differ from city to city...like in pune dis practice is followed but in nagpur you just get basic stipend...so no problem in asking bout stipend at the end of interview.

it all depends on the way u look at it.to me unless it's not so important, u should always judge a firm by its quality of work and not with the amount of stipend it pays.ya in articleship it's true that most of the middle level firms may not pay u good as stipend except for the BIG 4's. so jus concentrate on the quality of work even though u may have to compromise on ur stipend coz it'll definitely pay u later once qualify as C.A wid experience from a gud firm.Bt it all depends on ur personal needs as well.

hey ya most of the firms they pay u coveyance for visiting client's place apart from the basic stipend bt depends from employer to employer. anyways a firm should always pay better than the standards laid down by the institute. u may ask 4 the stipend during the interview bt do not negotiate. ALL THE BEST FOR UR INTERVIEW.

Rate of stipend is fix by the institue but for audit outside the office principal pays the travelling Exp. otherwise you can ask to principal

I think you do  not need to ask about the stipend bcoz it is decided by the ICAI & for the conveyance allowances it is provided when you deal with the SIr regularly and seriously.

you should ask about the stiphend in the interview because its more important
