No if it is utilised in right way then statutory power cant be harmful

dependance upon Statutory Powers may be Harmful but Utilisation of Statutory Powers in right way will be fruitful

Any Power per se is not good or bad .Its use may be good or bad . So it depends on the user . As for example .......nuclear power.
