Fixed Assets Register Investments Register Directors Shareholding Register Register of Directors u/s 303 Register of Members Share transfer Register Common Seal Register Register of Charges Register under Section 301(It shall be for Section 297 and 299) Board meeting attendence Register Apart from this every company must have minutes book for board and general meetings.

There is a secretarial standard on the same. Please look into that. Rather than giving the names, i will sugeest you to go through it. If u want i can upload on the group site
