Good day to All,

I would like to know from my learned professional friends whether we get mails/calls from bank for seeking our confirmation for appointing as branch auditors or we directly get allotment of branch audits. Mine is category IV proprietorship firm. Applying for past 7 years but didnt get any bank audit till date.

Congrats Mr.Hareesh!! By the way, Is there any deadline date that we will not get any mail from the bank reg the Statutory Bank Audit?

Dear Mr. Krithigai Vasan N, most of the banks completed the recruitment of the new auditors.  There is remote possibility of getting e-mail from any bank.  However, all the best for getting a call from any bank.

Just now I received e-mail from SBI asking for my acceptance of audit.

dear sir, any offers from banks other than union bank, canara bank and sbi

Bank of India started sending appointment and allotment letters.

ANY ONE GOT FROM INDIAN BANK?

I was busy  , I could not keep track of the developments

You ought to have been allotted  much earlier after 3 year completion  -  Did you properly check the MEF -

           In Belgaum Karnataka most of the auditors who have not yet completed 4 years have started receiving allotment letters. Canara Bank and State Bank of India have alloted 3 branches to each auditors where as State Bank of Mysore and Union Bank of India have alloted 2 branches to each auditors. However all those auditors who have completed 4 years of thier tenture have not received any allotment from any of the banks so far. It is to be noted that Belgaum is not covered under cooling period as it is not included in the list of 33 cities listed by RBI for cooling period of 2 years.Hopefulli every eligible auditor is likely to get allotment.
