No relative of an employee is also disqualified to be appointed as Statutory Auditor

Kindly refer to Section 141 of Companies Act, 2013 regarding the Eligibility, Qualifications and disqualifications of auditors. Spouse is considered to be relative and not eligible to be appointed as auditor.
