what is rate for subcontractor , 12% or 18% ???

As per Notification 1/2018 CT (R) : Its same as the Main contractor.

if nain contractor rate is 18℅ then the rate for sub contractor will be also 18%
if nain contractor rate is 18℅ then the rate for sub contractor will be also 18%
@ Rawat sir ur correct , but govt related contract rate 12% so main contrate also 12
