Status of of AIS

I am a resident sr citizen of age 79 years. I intend to to e-file ITR-2 for AY 2024-25 relevant to FY 2023-24 and to pay income tax online ASAP.

But, before that there should be complete agreement between AIS and SFT of e-filing site and interest and TDS certificates received from banks and other income statements like redemption of ELSS also from banks.

I want to know whether AIS/SFT as obtained as of now in the e-filing site is final for FY 2023-24 or it is still updating?

I am asking this question ,because I found there is mismatch between the two sources, reported by my banks to me and AIS/TIS.

If AIS/TIS is still updating , should I wait for some more time?

Dear sir if you are getting mismatch you are requested to wait till this week as AIS/TIS are still on updation by this week updation might be completely done

Dear Sir,

Although the week is over since you advised me to wait for completion of updating TIS/AIS by the Income tax department for FY 2023-24, it appears that the process is not yet complete.

There are major differences with interest /TDS certificates received by me from banks and that reflected in both TIS/AIS and 26AS.

TIS/AIS and 26AS show much lesser interests, both from SB account and FD, than actually paid to me by the banks.

What to do under such circumstances ? Should I wait for some more time?
