Status of NRI after obtaining Citizenship of another Country

An NRI who is settled in USA and obtained Citizenship of USA in May 2023 and have visited India for 28 days during last 4 years. His income in India is from Dividends and Interest. What is his residential status in Income Tax Return ie NRI or NRO
