i want to apply for PAN of a joint venture.
what should be the status of applicant ie.
Body of individuals,
partnership firm or
Association of persons ?
waiting for the views of the expets.

JV, prima facie and generally are in company forms. So it will be a company. I assume it is registered under Companies Act 1956.
