Dear Members,

Whose signature is required to sign the statment u/s 212 of companies Act.. and also whose responsibility is to make this statement, Is it of comapny secretory or Statutory Auditors??

CS has to made statement u/s212 and it is to be signed by the directors who have signed the balance sheet of holding company.
