Is Filing a NIL Statement of SFT in the case of "Any Person Liable for Audit under 44AB" - "Cash receipt for sale, by any person, of goods or services of any nature" necessary??
If not filed for the FY 2018-19, then whether Penalty @ Rs. 500 per Day payable or not ???

Though fine not applicable, but filing of nil statement applicable.

Can You Quote some Link or Notification wherein it is stated that Thr Finr or penalty of 500 per day is not applicable.
Because I will File them at the Earliest.
