one of our client has business at
various states, at Initial stages they have not registered State wise separately after 6months they got registered under respective states.
during initial stages income of other states and returns were filed and considered in Karnataka registration itself and payment made to Karnataka code.
can I know GST implications for these transactions?

You need to pay gst for first 6 months in respective state and adjust the excess paid in karnataka gst
