This is called sale-in-transit or sale by transfer of documents under CST Act. once your supplier issues an invoice on your name and sends the goods to a transporter for delivery to you you can advise that transporter by endorsing on the LR or by a seperate letter to deliver to your customer in Gujrat. You may collect the invoice issued by your supplier and introduce your invoice also. You need not charge any CST in the bill. Your supplier has to issue E1 form and you have to issue a 'C' form to him.your Gujrat customer has to issue a 'C' form to you. Some traders ask their supplier to show in his invoice and LR the buyer and the delivery address also.......mjk
