Today I have filed a return for the FY 2015-16, In that return I have wrongly mentioned state name .Please advice me, what action i have to take for correction ??? , is state name wrongly entered is generate any problems in future.??? and is there any requirement for changing state name ???.I have mentioned Pincode Correctly.
